We have identified the root cause of the limitations and implemented a workaround to minimize the impact.
Further work to restore the display of charging points on the map has been initiated. Due to the scope of the work, we currently expect it to take approximately two weeks.
Manual search via the search function, as well as authorization and starting charging sessions, continue to work as usual.
We will provide another update once the issue has been resolved, or no later than 5 August 2026.

Wir haben die Ursache der Einschränkungen identifiziert und einen Workaround implementiert, um die Auswirkungen zu minimieren.
Die weitere Behebung der Anzeige von Ladepunkten auf der Karte wurde gestartet. Aufgrund des Umfangs rechnen wir derzeit mit einer Dauer von etwa zwei Wochen.
Die manuelle Suche über die Suchfunktion sowie das Autorisieren und Starten von Ladevorgängen funktionieren weiterhin wie gewohnt.
Wir informieren nach Abschluss der Behebung oder spätestens am 5. August 2026 erneut.
